Hi,

here are the latest changes:

  * gm2/gm2.texi:  new default initialisation ordering
    of modules, documented, and explained in more detail.
  * gm2/lang-specs.h:  bug fixes to -fuselist, -fmakelist.
  * gm2/gm2-compiler/gm2lorder.mod:  new value for
    DefaultRuntimeModules.
  * gm2/gm2-libs-coroutines/SysVec.def:  updated dates.
  * gm2/gm2-libs-iso/COROUTINES.def:  updated dates.
  * gm2/gm2-libs-iso/COROUTINES.mod:  new implementation
    (partially complete).
  * gm2/gm2-libs-iso/TextIO.def:  updated dates.
  * gm2/gm2-libs-iso/TextIO.mod:  fixes to bugs reported
    by Scott Iverson.
  * testsuite/gm2/isolib/run/pass/testio.mod:   new test.
  * testsuite/gm2/isolib/run/pass/testio2.mod:   new test.
  * testsuite/gm2/isolib/run/pass/testinput:   new file.
