Hi Scott,

finally I've checked in a fix and regression test to this bug into the
CVS.  The bug fixes allow procedures to be converted using VAL or
CONVERT or CAST.

CAST can be imported from ISO SYSTEM (enabled via -fiso).
Whereas CONVERT/VAL are pervasive function procedures.
