Hi Michael,
they should be in (gm2-libs)
gcc-4.1.2+gm2-cvs-latest/gcc/gm2/gm2-libs/ldtoa.def
gcc-4.1.2+gm2-cvs-latest/gcc/gm2/gm2-libs/dtoa.def
I've just seen it fail to build as well - and have just applied a
patch to gm2/Make-lang.in, which appears to fix the problem,
