[Gm2] gm2/gm2-iso has been moved into gm2/gm2-libs-iso

Hi,

I've moved the contents of gm2/gm2-iso into gm2/gm2-libs-iso
which matches the build directory and allows the documentation
to get built using the gm2/tools-src scripts.

Consequently it would be a good idea to checkout a new source
tree (rather than cvs update an older copy).  A new copy can be
found here:
