All of them are for Pre-ISO Modula-2
A shareware text: http://www.csc.twu.ca/rsbook/index.html
It's the only one, AFAIK, that teachs ISO Modula-2. Very complete.
Freeware ISO Modula-2 compiler for Windows & Linux:

Very good, the Windoze version even has an IDE, both versions have
decent online reference.
