[Gm2] svga example fixed

Hi,

here is a summary of the latest checkin's:

 * bug fixes for gm2m and link-specs.h which allow libraries
   to be added with the -Wmakeall option.
   (See gm2/examples/svga/Makefile)
 * fixed a number of built-in definitions in Builtin.def
 * also added MathLib0.def and MathLib0.mod to the pim libraries.
 * fixed svga example test
 * added long double math built-ins
