[Gm2] latest CVS checkin (large sets)

Hi,

I'm just about to upload some changes to gm2. These implement:

   *  ISO sets operators: > < >= <=
   *  Large sets (and finally includes SET OF CHAR)
   *  Definition modules no longer have to export identifiers.
   *  A number of bug fixes.

note that sets can be debugged using gdb, but you will need
a patched gdb. All changes (cvs, tarballs and patched gdb
will appear in the next day or two).
