Kaffeine is working when used from command line but i am getting the following message:

yes sir, I am using KDE.
When logging in to the new user , actually i do not know that i am using the same session of new one , i am just giving the user name and password.

So you know the processes which are not started as you stated above ?
I presume you are using KDE

Try issuing the kaffeine command from command line

When you are logging in are you using the old session or a new one ?
