Yes, Ubuntu 7.10 is being released on 18th October 2007, ie 4 days from now.
We will start syncing it as soon as it is available. It will be supported for 
18 months. Since Ubuntu 7.04 is a not an LTS so it makes sense to get 7.10.
In case we have a LTS like 8.04 which is planned to be if I am not wrong, we 
can maintain it longer.

The mirrors will be created for both i386 and x86_64 architectures.
