I find glug-nith directory on nongnu server
(http://www.nongnu.org/glug-nith/) can we use that directory to host
our web site?

Can you provide some more information about what all things that can
be hosted on savannah account of our glug. Can we start any project on
behalf of our glug-nith in savannah?
