I haven't tested it on android. I'm not actually sure how the ffi works on 
there, since I believe it requires gcc (and libtool?).

I have a feeling you haven't actually installed the raylib library to the 
device, so you may want to try that first.

Posting to the mailing list to see if someone can explain the state of ffi on 
android.
