Hi Stefan,
did you try to startup GnomeCommander with debug mode on?
("gnome-commander --debug a")? Maybe it could give some hints.
I still do not have a working Ubuntu distribution at home where I could
test this, but maye there is something like an installation command
missing in the snapcraft.yaml file (similar to "make install" which you
need for a usual installation)? Just guessing. ... But I really don't
know how snapcraft works ;-)
