I decided to try and build on Ubuntu Mate 20.04. I installed the various
development packages as described on the web site. When I tried to configure I
received and error about gnome-vfs >= 2 needed. I added the Ubuntu 18.04 repos
per tromoto's instructions on github. I found no gnome-vfs...devel package. I
tried building on Ubuntu Mate 18.04 as I have done before. gnome-vfs...devel is
missing there as well. I do find gnome-vfs-2...rpm packages around but nothing
in the .deb format. I wonder if Debian has zapped those from both 20.04 AND
older versions???
