Use features of `ttfautohintGUI` in `ftinspect`

I suggest that you have a look at my `ttfautohintGUI` program; it
provides two features that might be interesting for `ftinspect` (what
the program actually does is not of importance).

* It uses tooltips for documentation.

* It provides two different layouts, depending on the available
  horizontal and vertical space, see attached images.
