It was a deliberate change, but hmm.  Nikhil, do you have a
suggestion?

Well, a simple fix would be to move all files from `docs/reference/site'

to `docs/reference'. The `site/' directory was added to the path only

because of the other files docwriter generates. These are not

required on the website.
