Some more testing today. Turns out that if have just the MVAR apply
patch active, Chromium still changes the line-height when switching
between the same Cantarell VF (one with bit 7, one without). As there
actually are no metric field values in the MVAR table, the FT_Face
ascender, descender and height values stay the same between both.
Bizarre. As if Chromium actually depends on the current behavior and
fixes it itself.
