[ft-devel] auto-hinter improvements for Roboto

I've just implemented a minor improvement to FreeType's auto-hinter
which specifically improves the rendering of the `Oslash' glyph in the
Roboto family (see screenshots).  :-)

Note, however, that it's actually a font bug: If you look closely you
can see that there are points very near to each other (points 41/42
and 29/30 in Roboto-Thin), something which should be avoided according
to the TrueType guidelines, AFAIK.  On the other hand, it is better if
the auto-hinter can deal with such a situation.

The next step for today is to synchronize ttfautohint with FreeType,
then I'll do a new ttfautohint release.
