[ft-devel] x_ppem == 0 with bytecode interpreter

While playing with Pango, I noticed that kerning didn't work.
To my surprise it did work when enabling the auto hinter.

This happens because x_ppem and y_ppem are zero when FT_Get_Kerning
is called. They are set to zero in tt_size_init_bytecode and again
in tt_size_run_fpgm.

Is this behaviour intended?
