Hi,
It looks like scribus 1.3.3.1 uses some of the FT internals (so can't
compile with FT221).
scfonts.cpp:53:10: #include expects "FILENAME" or <FILENAME>
[it is trying to #include FT_INTERNAL_STREAM_H]
scfonts_ttf.cpp:23:10: #include expects "FILENAME" or <FILENAME>
[again, trying to #include FT_INTERNAL_STREAM_H]
