I agree with Werner, I suppose this font is not standalone.
Sorry, yet I'm unfamiliar with OpenType embedding into PDF,
although I'm familiar with Type1/Type9/Type11/Type42 embedding.
If you seek to CFF table directly, FreeType can load it as usual,
and renders included glyphs. I attached extracted CFF table and
screenshot by ftview. Almost glyphs are just spaces. Could you
send me the original PDF documents?
And, current FreeType does not provide OpenType layout functions,
loading and handling of OpenType extension tables is the task of
other libraries.
