Um no. GPOS lookupType 2 links to a ValueRecord, and ValueRecords have a
single format which does not link to an Anchor Table, ValueRecords have
no ability to deal with TT points.
LookupTypes 3,4,5,6 link to Anchor Tables, 2 does not.
