[Devel] problems with `nomail' option

Dear FreeTypers,


there is a serious problem with the mailman version used on
freetype.org: Caused by spam mail it can easily set the `nomail'
option which means that you stay subscribed but you won't get any
mail.

I've now unset the `nomail' flag for all devel@ and freetype@
subscribers.  Sorry for the inconvenience.

Warning: I won't do this again, so please remember this fact -- it is
a good idea to check other lists handled by mailman whether the
`nomail' flag has been set too...
