Have a look at include/freetype/ftstroke.h and src/base/ftstroke.c.
This is experimental code (there were some reports on the list a few
months ago which haven't been handled yet because David has no time,
and I'm not familiar enough with this code). Any usage results are
highly welcome! See below for a reference mail which also includes
some test code.
