On Mac (with Codewarrior, not a native OS X build) this lzw stuff compiled
once I removed the #include <sys/...> lines from zopen.c (sys/param.h and
sys/stat.h). There aren't calls to stat() so these lines aren't needed. I
forgot to mention this.
