[Devel] win32: unresolved external symbol _FT_Outline_Get_BBox

Hello,

Recently I had problem with compilation of source that uses
FT_Outline_Get_BBox with freetype 2.1.7 that was compiled
under win32 using MSVC project.

I got following error message on linking:
"unresolved external symbol _FT_Outline_Get_BBox"

I found that file src/base/ftbbox.c isn't included in the
msvc (builds/win32/visualc/freetype.dsp) project.
Including it solved the problem.
