[Devel] patch for outputing extended sfnt info in ftdump

This patch adds a -u option to ftdump in ft2demos
(freetype 2) which dumps also the localized font
name, etc into stdout. (I would have liked
a -l option except it is already used for tracing).

Also added an extra printf which output the file name,
because the primary intention of this patch is
to dump the info to a file, rather than to screen.
(the info could mess up the screen as it has
unicode, etc characters).
