[Devel] bug on mac os x

Hey there, I didn't see any other "official" place to submit bugs, so I 
figured this is as good a place as any...

I was told that this bug should be submitted "to the Freetype people."

It looks like a function isn't being built under Mac OS X. I am usig 
freetype v2.1.4rc2
