[Devel] ttf2tfm/ttf2pk: patches

Hi,

  I am currently looking at ttf2tfm and would like to submit the
  following patches:

- one to make bounding boxes of chars correct.
- one to make ligatures work with boundary char as successor
- one to patch a very simple typo (I just saw it browsing the code, I
  didn't even triggered it).

  I attach hereby the patches. They work for me(tm). I can discuss any
  technical aspects of them as requested.
