[Devel] Possible truetype update

    I have created some code based on freetype that fixes several font 
reproductions.
I am hoping to find out who and how to send it to. It's not 100% plug 'n 
play as I can't
figure how to plug it in. It is a hinter and rasterizer.
    I also have some code that I wish to release to freetype but wish to 
copyright it. I don't
have any idea how to legally do this.
    PS. I did read "www.freetype.org/patents.html"  but didn't 
understand, so that was the
reason for the "NO_APPLE_PATENT" question and a prelude to this release 
of code.
