[Devel] Regarding FT2 re-design and 2.1.0

Hello,

  I'm back from vacation, and I've written a new page detailing
  the current FT2 internals re-design. For details, go to:

  By the way, FreeType 2.1.0 is practically ready for release,
  I just need to re-compile everything and check for minor
  compiler warnings and other nasties. I'd appreciate if
  someone could make a few compile/install checks on all
  kinds of Unix..


  The STABLE branch will be kept, only to allow patches to
  be made for those who do not want to follow all the changes
  that are going to be made though provide simple bug-fixes


  As usual, comments are welcomed on this list..
