Hello.

Please, apply the attached patch to the src/pcf/pcfread.c file.

Suggested log: Fixed incorrect available_sizes computation.


By the way, ftview (using the patched pcf driver) displays nothing for

ftview -r 100 24 /tmp/lub100-24.pcf

where lub100-24.pcf is LucidaBright, resolution 100dpi.  The font
declares that its /available_sizes/ is 34.

RESOLUTION_Y 100

ftview -r 101 24 /tmp/lub100-24.pcf works fine.  A rounding error
somewhere, or did I completely miss the point?
