[Devel] Patch for psobjs.c

Okay, I'm gonna try this one last time.  If you don't take 
the patch this time, then I'll just give up and let you 
guys debug it when it gets exposed by somebody else.   ;-)

Attached is a patch for psaux/psobjs.c.  The nature of the
bug is that in the event of a failed ALLOC, an uninitialized 
error code is returned.
