I agree -- one of t2types.h and cfftypes.h stays, the other ought to go.  When I
was making my changes, it was t2types.h that had to be changed, not cfftypes.h.
But then I wonder -- almost all of the other CFF driver files have been renamed
to start with cff instead of t2.  The sole exception is t2gload.c.

Perhaps David meant for t2types.h to become cfftypes.h?
