FT_Err question

What's the intended difference between FT_Err_Cannot_Open_Resource and
FT_Err_Cannot_Open_Stream?

IMHO, the former is unnecessary and should be removed -- in the
context of PS files, a `resource' is something different, thus it is
probably better to avoid this term.  Additionally, there are no longer
`resource' objects in FreeType.

If nobody objects, I will do the changes accordingly.
