I believe that the license written in Chinese is the original one, and
some errors occurred during the translation back into English.a

It would suffice to have a `Last change XXX by YYY. Please see the
accompanying ChangeLog file for details.' It is really a problem not
to have such entries with fonts usually.

TTX is a tool sufficient for manipulating the non-glyphic tables.

You comments are precious! I must admit that I haven't looked into
the very details of the license. And I think the Arphic people can
easily fix this -- or if they have no time for that, you could just
reword it slightly :-)
