ANNOUNCE: jtag_avr_spy 1.0

jtag_avr_spy can be used to capture the traffic between a JTAG host
and a JTAG target.
It was written by Armand Doesschate <address@hidden>.

This is the first step for the Free AVR ICE project to create a free
interface between Linux/windoze and Atmel-Mega micros to debug
them "In Circuit".
