Hi,
since quite a few bugs were fixed since the last stable I wan't to do a bugfix update to the stable branch. Espresso 3.3 is currently at commit 5af7ba152d0c88d68a907658d9052e6e99c1efbc.
I want to add the following patches:

Are there any comments or additions? There were quite a few commits since August, so I may have missed something.
If there are no further additions until Friday I will make the release.
