Yes, there have been changes to the Tcl interpreter (cf. RELEASE_NOTES
v2.0.2y); namely the interactive steering has been *improved* by adding
command line editing features (history etc.). Seemingly, it doesn't work
properly on your system, but you can easily switch it off by removing
the 'source tclline.tcl' from init.tcl.
