Oh no worries, I didn't take it in a negative way.  Thanks so much to
you as always for your kind words, I really appreciate it.

Haha, yeah.  To be honest I still struggle with things to this day.
I might have gotten a bit better at handling it in general, but much
more so thanks to the other organizers/volunteers who also participate
and contribute so we could move this forward as a team effort.
Needless to say, EmacsConf is always looking for even more volunteers
to join in, and we're grateful for any and all the help we get. :)

And the FSF staff have indeed always been very kind and helpful to
myself and the other organizers, never hesitating to help out when
we've needed to e.g. use their BigBlueButton servers or FTP servers.

Thanks, appreciate it!  I'd love to have your (and others') help,
in whatever capacity, shape, or form you may be comfortable with.

There are all kinds of tasks available for taking depending on what
you may be interested in.  For instance,

- helping checking in the speakers 30mins or 1hour in advance of their
  allotted time slot;

- helping with captioning (i.e. subtitling) the talks, both before the
  conference (for prerecorded videos) and after (for live talks and
  live Q&A sessions);

- helping design posters and other EmacsConf-themed graphics;

- sharing and helping spread the word about the conference in your
  circles and communities to let more people know of EmacsConf, and
  even better still also encouraging them to submit their own talks;

- ... and more!

above tasks or anything else, please come by our main IRC channel
#emacsconf on the Libera.Chat network and say hi, and we'll be happy
to help find something suitable and help you get going. :)
