Apologies for my super slow reply (June was a very hectic month), and
thank you for the kind words as well as your suggestions; noted.
Regarding talks and acceptances our, policy in the recent years has
been to accept pretty much all proposals we've received, which hasn't
always been easy - especially as the conference has grown each year -
but I'd like to think has been part of what has made the conference so
awesome and full of diverse talks.  But we may have to revisit that
policy for future conferences depending on a variety of factors, such
as whether or not there will be additional folks who would volunteer
to stream multiple parallel tracks and/or help with other aspects of
the conference organization.
