on emacs 28 for windows

I don't remember where I got Windows binaries for the GNU EMACS 28.  It
must have been here?  I just want to report one thing I found in
*Messages*.

It seems the person who compiled must have left this in the compiled
binary.  I don't think this is my configuration.
