I've expanded etc/DEBUG based on the instructions for pretesters that
Richard and Gerd send to new pretesters, and on some personal
experience. Please read the new version and tell me if something
there is incorrect/unclear/unnecessary.
If you cannot access the CVS, but would like to read etc/DEBUG, please
email me privately, and I will send you the new version.
