[Dr. Geo] [Bug 2044348] [NEW] Preview error

Public bug reported:

There is an error when a preview is computed. Happen when a .fgeo file
is copied in the MySketch folder.

DrGeoFileOpenMorph>>computerPreviewFor:
drgeo presenter previewFor....


Indeed, drgeo is now the presenter itself so access to presenter is not 
necessary. 
Also check about the scale of the preview
