[Dr. Geo] [Bug 2043856] [NEW] DrGSmalltalkSketchBrowser window slightly too large

Public bug reported:

I am using a Toshiba Tecra Dynabook.

It has

Display extent  1366@768 .

DrGSmalltalkSketchBrowser has hard coded

minimumExtent
        ^ 1200@800 

So the window is slightly too large. The button labels do only show in half.
There is quite some white space over the row of the buttons. This space should 
be reduced. Then it would be fine.

For the moment

minimumExtent
        ^ (1200@800) min: Display extent

fixed it for me.
