On which facts is this claim based, please?
Anton is maintaining dmidecode, and he is doing a great job. This is a
relatively low volume effort from my own experience, having maintained
the project for 7 years before Anton took over. And I am still around
too, replying on the list, contributing fixes and working on bug
reports. There are no bugs left open and as far as I can remember, all
questions on the mailing list were answered.
So I do not understand where you see any problem.

... which doesn't mean we do not welcome new contributors. We definitely
do :-)
