[dmidecode] [PATCH] broken table fix

 Hello,
I have an old Soltek motherboard with a broken DMI table. The issue is that 
strings exist, but they are empty, which is not valid. So I added a counter for 
these strings and skip them when it is time to find the next record. There's a 
new --broken-table parameter to use that mechanism. Without that flag, 
processing of the table is done as usual.
Patch attached as well as a dump of the broken table.
