Sorry, I can't get it built now. I used to have a working version of
GNUstep on this machine, but it seems to have suffered from bitrot, so
I thought I'd start again from scratch and it's just been a complete
disaster. I can't get it to build, so I can't then build any GNUstep
applications.

If I get it working in the future I'll come back to this, but I'm
feeling quite defeated just now.

Sorry, I can't remember. I do recall that I couldn't understand how
the amount it was offset by related to the scale factor. And I don't
think the offset was equal horizontally and vertically.
