Hi Riccardo,

I think Ubuntu is a good choice, but we should also have instructions for 
FreeBSD, Net/OpenBSD and window if someone can try those after. 

I can check on FreeBSD once you updated it for Linux. But only non GUI since 
all my BSD machines run headless.
