Perhaps. The documentation may not be clear, but you'll need libproplist
(on systems which package headers separately from the libs, those too).
The adaptor actually doesn't use much if any of GNUstep, so that it can
be deployed on a frontline web server, but the configuration files are
in property list format, which needs to be parsed.
