Re: recent failure for PyBOMS install of limesuite with gr3.9.3, (Aardric)

This issue has been resolved.
After some poking around I concluded that my problem (again) stemmed
from building with compiler version 8.2.1 as opposed to the opensuse
system compiler version 7.5.0. Returning to 7.5.0, the pybombs build of
limesuite works.
Apparently, the commit fd89088 in the maint-3.9 branch worked since I
can now build gnuradio with opensuse leap 15.2 compiler version 7.5.0.
Hence (using the maint-3.9 branch of gnuradio),
pybombs -v -p gr393e rebuild gnuradio --clean
pybombs -v -p gr393e rebuild limesuite --deps --clean

produced what appears to be a working installation (including
LimeSuiteGUI). I can now move on with other issues like getting the GRC
soapy source block to see the lime hardware and installing
osmocom-soapy; one step at a time.
